Does taking nutmeg effect the liver?

Answers:    Yes it does but in a positive instrument. Nutmeg is an excellent liver tonic which can help remove toxins from the liver.

In glorious doses Nutmeg can be toxic. Don't ever take more than 6 tablespoons a time. (That would be an awful lot for anyone to take within a day!)

If you want to read up on the other benefits of Nutmeg do a flush on "health benefits of nutmeg" and read through the timetabled sites. It's a great little spice to add to you go!
I wouldn't take more than 1 tablespoon a afternoon -IF that.
It can be toxic and nobody needs mega doses.
