Anyone know of automatic sleep aids?

So for almost 6-8 months I enjoy have trouble sleeping through the dark. I go down asleep a moment ago fine but I get up up 2-6 times. It is such an inconvenience because I am tired EVERY hours of daylight. The doctor suggested melatonin but it didn't assistance and I enjoy tried a few over the counter sleep aids. I am not stessed out or anything. Anyone enjoy similar issues and a solution?

Ugh- I have that same problem and it drove me nuts! I tried pills, herb and even Ambien but nought worked except adjectives out coffee completely and have a cup of Sleepy Time tea at darkness.
