On the first morning of my closing cycle I started taking Vitex because my PMS be so fruitless I could almost not function. Now I'm nearly half-way into my cycle and dreading the upcoming PMS, does anyone know how heaps cycles you own to pilfer vitex for it to work for PMS? Take 40 drops (2ml) of vitex extract or 120 drops (6ml) tincture or 180-240 mg in medication form of a standardized extract of 0.6 % aucubine or 0.5 % agnuside.
Take it day by day for 4-6 months.
Improvments are usually noted inwardly two cycles. Don't bear it if you are using the birth control pill.
