How do I get rid of bitter reflux and heartburn without drugs? I'm worried around hiatal hernia, ulcers, bile reflux and other complications of sharp reflux... I have severe heartburn and possibly sour reflux disease. I do not want to start the horrible, harmful drugs and antacids, as I've hear that they can actually worsen my tart reflux over time. I'm looking for a natural cure or remedy that will not individual stop the heartburn and acid reflux, but also something that will cure it forever? G.E.R.D. is cause by too much acid human being created in your stomach. This can front to or cause ulcer, esophagus damage, heartburn and/or make worse in the mouth. . What the substance will do is stick to the sides of the esophagus and do two things, one is treat and the other is protect.
On the healing back, both substances have a therapeutic property in them, and as they sit on the walls of the esophagus they will make well it. This is also helpful if you hold a sore throat in the morning from refluxing.
