Melatonin(said it may impose lucid dreaming? Is that bleak for those that enjoy darkness terror? I'm 22)

Which is best for getting rid of dark terror and/or preventing you from sleeping 12hours?(You've tried alarm clocks, adjectives on caffeine, drinking supper 3-5 hours formerly bed, exercising, none works. You don't own a prob going to sleep it's newly that your body won't rouse up(and touch woken up) when you want it to.
