My brother go to the clinic - I can't notify you whether the money put a bet on guarantee works cos he did quit! I read Alan Carrs book and quit too! It really does work!!
I read the book and quit. I don't even enjoy a desire to smoke (and I be smoking a pack and a partially a hours of daylight!) From what I hear the book is lately as fitting as the clinics (although I own not be to one) and far smaller amount money. If you don't resembling to read, you can also gain the book on cd or cassette. Again, only just as important as the clinics and far cheaper. I am not sure if it comes near a money wager on guarantee, but I am especially skeptical and NEVER thought it would work, but here I am a non-smoker and it feel great!
