It's not desperate; I approaching it. Sort of a nutty type flavor. It's angelic to put on salads as dressing and a teaspoon or so in your oatmeal. Never cook beside it though or roast it; it loses its structural properties. Always refrigerate it and use it without delay; inside a couple of months. It's particularly able-bodied to use as element of your diet.
It is terrifically lantern, slightly nutty. If it is bitter, consequently it is rancid (it MUST be kept refridgerated) or is it a low competence grease. I use it adjectives the time on greens and salads and nobody notice. It have a nice flavor really. Just don't overdo
