I don't feel the palpitations adjectives the time. When I do get symptoms, they finishing awhile. I have have ALL the studies done by my electrophysiologist, etc. My condition cannot be medicated. My doctor is not very concerned roughly speaking this condition, as I need not see him for 3 years. I want to know what can be done beside acupuncture or acupressure. Known experiences wanted. Anulom Vilom –
Close your right nostril with thumb and gaping breath-in through left nostril
consequently – close left nostril beside two fingers and breath-out through right nostril
then -keeping the moved out nostril closed deep breath-in through right nostril
after - close your right nostril with thumb and breath-out through departed nostril.
This is one cycle of anulom vilom.
Repeat this cycle for 20 to 30 minutes twice a day(maximum 60 minutes in one day).
You can do this in the past breakfast/lunch/dinner or before bedtime or contained by bed.Remember to take gaping long breaths into the lungs.You can do this while sitting on floor or chair or lying within bed.
Kapalbhati -(Do it before eating) Push nouns forcefully out through the nose just about once per second. Stomach will itself go in(contract in). The breathing in(through the nose) will appear automatically. Establish a rhythm and do for 20 to 30 minutes twice a day.(Max 60 min/day) Not for pregnant women. Seriously ailing people do it kindly.
