Two things: Sometimes w/ extremely discounted herb you're not getting much, sometimes not even the herb itself, or parts of the herb that are not medicinal, so that yes, they can put the christen on the bottle and technically that's correct, but the medicinal plus is slim to none. This happen alot w/ St. John's Wort for example. St. John's Wort's most medicinal constituents are best found in grease form/oil soluable. The dried herb contained by medication form is essentially WORTHLESS, imho (and various other herbalists' opinion, as all right...). What is really needed is St. John's Wort grease, rubbed directly on the skin, w/ the tincture self the second choice. Most ancestors, unless they've done their research, simply do not know that they're paying sometimes $25.00 or more for something that simply cannot and will not comfort them (more than likely), and to my mind, this is grossly undue to the consumer, but at hand you walk. The complete cheapest and best track to get hold of herb into your body is to travel wildcrafting w/ someone who know what they're doing and can teach/guide and to tincture the herb yourself. There is probably NOTHING more therapeutic than one outside within the fresh nouns, hiking in the mountains and meadow, erudition to identify plants and how and what to acquire when, to put one backbone within musical tones near the dust and oneself.
