I have terrifically bad sinus and asthma trouble..can someone givr me a suitable diet to treat all this because asthma meds lately doesnt work that great anymore..PLEASE HELP!

i have a biddable remedy for sinus trouble....drink a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar in a chalice of water and it clears them right up...the asthma...I can't aid you there
