i never could devour fresh vegetables .so every daylight i put surrounded by the juicer partly a broccoli, a red beet, 3 carrot, 2 oranges and some pommegranate.. it creates a substantial chalice of great fancy liquid. afterwards i read that one should never combine fruit beside veggie liquid produce it cause oxydation ect. if you hold some medicin knowlidge tolerate me know, please.
