I am 14. I go and get extremely bad migranes monthly around my time of year that usually do me to miss academy and can even inflict me to woozy. Today I get my spell contained by university and could not stride and have to be wheelchaired out. After researching solutions I found birth control to be the best. If I don't hold on to up on my hose down intake, it will effect me as soon as my time of year comes along contained by the form of cramps, constipation, bloating, and headache. Water doesn't necessarily cure these symptoms, but they aren't nearly as severe. You should start carrying a 1 liter bottle of hose along next to you and drinking it though out the afternoon, since I assume you are stuck in class most of the time and can't other access wet at your fun.
if u can use an rime daypack to assistance the front and stern of your skipper. also stay within a menacing calmness room. at hand is also something call salonpas-menthol pad that u can wear when home.the menthol outlook may block the pains.goodluck;)michele

MagnaBloc Magnets (headwrap) by Quixtar work great on any headache. (I don't know if you would want to wear it contained by public though.)

My fail-safe method if nought else works is to do hot/cold compresses right on my forehead. I roast some hose down to almost boiling (or as hot as my fingers can stand) and in another bowl, I put marine next to rime cubes within it. I transport 2 washcloths and alternate putting them on my forehead right on the ridge of my snout for 30 second respectively. Works every time--even for migraines.
