I used it for somewhat over a year (3 months for the pills and later a short time ago the powder everyday after that) and it worked great. It will verbs you out really okay. My personal problem, though, is that I cannot really be in motion to the bathroom regularly minus it. Not that the product made me dependent on it because I have these problems for a few years until that time I started taking it. Anyway, I've tried to quit using the product periodically here and in that when I thought conceivably I didn't requirement it anymore but everytime I did I have matching bowel problems again (couldn't go) so I have to preserve taking it every year. But it basically so happen that I stopped using it again more or less a week ago on the counsel of an acupuncturist who said that using it every time is making my colon inactive and it requirements to do it on its own. So we'll see how that go because, again, in a minute that I'm sour of it I'm not going regularly on my own thus far.
