My best friend has Endometriosis. She is constantly surrounded by pain, and I would appreciate any suggestion as to how this can be remedied whether it be prescribed medicine, crude medicine, herb, spices, I'll cut off my own paw if it would help her. I enjoy read a little bit and I rugged that Evening Primrose Oil might help. Does anyone enjoy any ideas? Relaxing music and things of that character are out; that kind of article doesn't help an impatient cynic. Thank you really much for your help.
Answers: She should collaborate with her gynecologist, because within are sometimes specific prescription medications which work near that specific type of pain. I know it can hurt within the extreme, because I have a niece and friend who own it.
She may be able to run Tylenol #3 (with codeine) if she can tolerate it, but not everyone can.
lupron does help but it completely expensive & makes the torment even worse & puts u thru menopause while u on it....after suffering with it for nearly 15 yrs & i am 29 yrs older.....the only article that helps for a few years is surgery & birth control pills....gl to ur friend....discomfort pills helps some, but next u risk being addicted, heat pad & hot baths comfort also...i have have 4 surgeries over the last 15 yrs. ur friend is lucky to enjoy a friend like u. u want lots of emotional support when going thru this.
