It will not loosen your braces but drinking too much soda can defacement your teeth which will generate you wear the braces for even longer.
iv have braces for similar to 5 years, iv other drank soda and never have a problem beside it
it's not going to loosen your braces. conceivably if you be chewing on the can..
the object the dentist does not want you to drink soda beside braces is because of the sugar and the coloring...if you drink too much sugar it will discolor your teeth really scantily and/or bequeath you more problems beside your teeth close to cavaties and adjectives that... so you can drink it usually but try to brush your teeth after so you dont return with a sugar build up
