I haev used regular crest white strips before and I brushed my teeth right after, primarily to find the gooey stuff off. I know these work, I've used them, so please don't recount me that I am wasting my time. What I am asking is is it safe to brush right after or should I lurk. I know on the box it says not to brush right up to that time, but nothing give or take a few after. Thank you.
