If i pierce my lowbret wil it know how to close if i wish to bring it out?

i want to pierce the lowbret (part closest to the chin) but i want to know if i pierce it and i dont like it and wish to take it out some time after that will it be able to close or will it not close resembling your ears when you get them pierced

Answers: It'll close but will make tracks a scar.

I've see this..and the chin doesn't close..there is newly kind of a "hurt" looking spot
....if surrounded by doubt don't do it
