I have braces and I find brushing 4x each day to be a bit too excessive!!
Could I get away near thoroughly brushing only twice a sunshine?
Or do I need to brush 4x a sunshine??

i know it sounds excessive but if you don't your teeth will erode AND because you enjoy braces where your teeth are protected by cement it will not erode
SO when you obtain your braces off you will be gone with bracket shaped mounds on your teeth that you can't return with rid of
i got mine past its sell-by date on Thursday and at the back on one of my molars where on earth i evidently used to forget to do thoroughly there is a horrible bumpy bit, I'm in recent times glad no one can see it
yeah, you should brush them after every teatime. i have to start doign that. usually i in recent times brush at morning and night. but yeah it sounds excessive, but its not. use mouthwash too.
