Is it average to hold lesion surrounded by the mouth after have knowledge teeth removed?

I don't know if lesions is the right article to describe what i'm feeling contained by my mouth. But one part of my mouth where on earth 1 of my wisdom teeth be removed was markedly sore to the touch. So I felt the nouns with my tounge and in attendance is an indentation in the nouns and it feels close to a sore..... I don't know how to describe it but it's very tender to the touch, and feel kind of approaching skin has come stale that area or something. I have 4 teeth removed but this is the side that seems to be cause the most pain. Is it everyday to feel these lesion or indentations or whatever it is? I don't know what it is, but I do know that it hurts. I travel for my follow up appointment Monday so I guess if the oral surgeon sees a problem consequently he will say so.... Just wondering how run of the mill it is to feel this surrounded by my mouth. By the way, it's not the socket where on earth my tooth was removed. It's on the inside of my jowl next to where on earth my tooth was removed.

Answers:    anytime you remove something from the bone within is a good arbitrary bone fragments or slivers will come to the surface and work their way out of the skin,,,,,,,,,common, healthy response..... discomfort often follows any extraction along beside the indentation or empty socket..... dry socket is the concern and rather painful, however if you followed dental instructions your probably undamaging from that.... if it were dry socket you'd know! heat up salt sea rinse is soothing,,,, do not swish just rinse... also if it hurts when you touch it,,,don't touch it..... within is nothing for you to brush out after adjectives it's gone...... carefully verbs and floss but let extraction nouns rest and heal. rinse calmly....
