Answers: Brush your teeth for 5minutes 4 times a day, using Crest whitening expressions toothpaste for 2 minutes, next using a mixture of baking soda and peroxide for 2 minutes, then use mouth rinse next to fluoride for the last minute.

Amazing that you should ask this because I a moment ago figured out a remarkably good method to whiten teeth without anything expensive.
1. Be sure to floss really powerfully.
2. Go buy a metal tooth scraper (you can get one at any Walmart--just ask someone if you can't find it) to remove the plaque bad of your teeth--this is the same process used by dentists during regular cleanings and checkups!
3. After nil else comes off of your teeth when scrape, (make sure to scrape adjectives sides--and especially the fronts of your teeth because they're the main apparent ones) then rinse near a solution of half hydrogen peroxide and partly water. (Example: 1oz of hose + 1oz hydrogen peroxide = 2oz of rinsing solution.) You should rinse with this solution for at most minuscule 30 seconds, preferrably 1 minute. Swish it around approaching you would mouthwash, but make sure not to swallow any!
4. Brush your teeth beside normal toothpaste for at lowest two minutes and make sure not to miss a spot. (Hard-bristled brushes work the best.)
5. Finally rinse next to the hydrogen peroxide solution (from step 3) again for 30 seconds. (You might want to rinse beside water after this because this process will take home your mouth a little dry. I usually enjoy to drink some water after.)
I don't suggest doing this more than once a week, however after you own done this more than two times you can use straight hydrogen peroxide without any river when rinsing. I guarantee that if you do a good profession your teeth with be visibly whiter--usually after the hugely first time!
