got my experience teeth removed (non impacted) 37 days ago, i do suffer from anxiety wich is improving however i cant give the impression of being to relax my mouth for anxiety of grinding my teeth cuz my cheek feel stiff, and stressed, bottom column is it protected for me to wear a mouth guard when i want 2, or will it effect my experience teeth health-giving process since the holes are still within... and where on earth / how can i return with a mouth guard for during the year and the dark...
