How long do I have need of to dawdle after brushing my teeth back using Crest Whitestrips?

On the package it say not to use after brushing your teeth, but it doesn't say how long you hold to wait after brushing until you can use them.

Answers: it say on the instuctions not to use them right after brushing but I would say an hour or so would be fine....possibly u should eat something...to kinda mess them up again...lol
