Hydrogen peroxide does indeed give a hand but it doesn't necessarily "whiten" them, it restores the instinctive color, so it doesn't look too white, and the hydrogen peroxide can facilitate to m¨ºl¨¦e gingivitis. Basically, everyday when valet your teeth, affix a bit of the juice, close to mouth valet, but a smaller amount amount of it, and brush your teeth beside it. Hopefully you'll see a difference similar to I did.
