My son's orthodontist only just this minute asked us to reward $1300 for a procedure done four years ago claiming that my wife's insurance company denied the claim because of a lesser insurance, which is mine. I'm not really sure if I do included my son, at that time, on my dental insurance beacause we cannot find any document to prove it, and I know that I don't cover them for most of the time. Do I own a kismet to contest this and not pay envelope the claim. Who should be liable for everything.
