Nooo no no no... The one and only anesthesia that would be used surrounded by your mouth would be the usual Novocain they use for filling, etc. And lately close to filling, they inject it at the site of the teeth they will be working on. And nil is not here within your mouth.
The one and only other syringe would be if instead you go to an oral surgeon and they enjoy you an IV contained by your arm that knock you out while they work. Because you are asleep, I don't regard they inject anything in your mouth.
My sister did the IV rout, I be not roughly to do that (I can't stand needles and did not want the IV) and get my regular dentist to do it... he wasn't thrilled, but he did it, and numbed me up REALLY angelic near the Novocain.
