What can I do to prevent myself from clenching my teeth?

I know I'm asking a lot of question tonight, but bear beside me.

I'll be lying in bed trying to sleep, and I'll sometimes come to find myself clenching my teeth. I'm sure this happen every night. It merely happens when I'm not aware of it, and when I realize it, I can stop, but they clench glibly after that, even if I am aware of it. What can I do?

Answers:    This is common. Over time the constant clenching and/or grinding will make ineffective and destroy the enamel on the teeth allowing germs to enter, decay to start and infection soon to follow. It is fixed by visit your dentist who will fit you with a "bite guard" that will prevent the teeth self worn down any further. It is referred to as "bruxism".
