I get a root waterway and a crown put on a molar contained by motorcade of 2007. It is presently lone Sept. and I suddenly be aware of a greatly sharp cramp that go away pretty hastily when i bite on something hot or cold. I looked at the tooth and the subsidise of it appears to own a foggy metallic vein and the gumline. The front of the tooth looks impeccable though and it doesnt have a feeling loose. I call the dentist and they reflect it may call for to be recemented. Isn't that going to hurt if it is already on pretty capably? Could it be anything else? I hold an appointment planned, I be simply wondering if anyone experienced this formerly. Thank you.

It sounds approaching you own some gum recession surrounded by the nouns. I would try a sensitive tooth toothpaste for 2 weeks and see if that solves it. The brown dash is the fold of the crown which have a metal trimming to it and may be showing because of gum recession. Use a soft toothbrush and considerately verbs your teeth for 2 minutes at a time.

Where is the bleak metallic smudge at? If it is on the tounge side, explicitly supposed to be nearby. it is a cut of the crown. Your bite may be bad, and that may be why it is hurting when you bite down. They will probably check the approach your teeth occlude, and do any adjustment. Hopefully it won't requirement recemented or replaced. An x-ray may be taken around the roots to see if the RCT worked.
REGARDING THE HOT/COLD SENSIVITY, ARE YOU SURE IT THE TOOTH NEXT TO IT THAT MAY HAVE RECEDING GUM?
THE DARK LINE IS PART OF THE METAL COLLAR OF THE CROWN. THIS IS NOTHING TO BE CONCERNED W/ITH. HAVE THE DENTIST EVALUATE THE TOOTH FOR THE PAIN.
