How can I cure gingivitis?

I have really bleak gingivitis. Its very stinging, and nothing will stop the agony. I am on antibiotics, and taking very giant dosages of Motrin. Nothing will stop the pain, any philosophy?

Answers:    It is possible you might have ANUG (acute necrotizing ulcerative gingivitis) also prearranged as trench mouth. It is very stinging and you might want to consider having your dentist prescribe a viscous lidocaine gel to facilitate numb the gums. Be careful not to bite your oral cavity and cheeks afterwards though. Rest, no smoking and excellent oral hygiene will also be very compassionate
You could try getting a chlorhexadine based mouthwash.
