i hear from my uncle that a feller he know be buying the nicotine gum, on the paket is say that you should chew the gum and consequently depart from it at the side of your mouth for 20 mins. so the feller be using it for weeks and notice he have saw gums, go to the doctors when he be told it be the gum.

yes..you do attain burning gums...so i couldnt use the nicoteine gum & it give me dire burning sensations in my chest & throat..and it be a short time bit resembling doomed to failure indigestion. it be deeply humiliated...so i stopped using it. it also taste thoroughly, impressively horrible...even worse than cigarettes!
i find that nicoteine patch are much easier to use...& in actuality work - if you are contained by the right state of mind to quit!! (saying that...i soak up my ciggies...so still smoke - impish me!!)
