Tongue Pain?

After i run and and breathe through my mouth and feeler, my tongue hurts. not really stinging. but an uncomfortbale slightly throbbing stomach-ache. after it stops the 6 or 7 teeth contained by the front of my lower jar hurt for a whiiile
its quit annoying

anone know what could basis that? a treatment?

I used to own that! Sucks, doesn't it? It is from not getting ample oxygen. Try tilting your come first up more when you run to sympathetic your airways. That worked for me. If it doesn't work consequently try other breathing exercises.
And a spelling book.

Your teeth are plausible sensitive to cooler temperature as are my own and would know the inkling and that sensitivity could possibly be indicative to tooth problems so ask your dentist more or less it.
