I'd read aloud it's bloody, but not remarkable. You don't voice your age so it could be a little things. I instinctively just have 3... possibly you get my extra one.. Just kid! I own and know 3 other ancestors that have spots where on earth fully fledged teeth never come contained by when the kid ones fell out. No one could ever enlighten me what cause it.
