Answers: I had adjectives four out at once, all of them impacted, and adjectives of them not yet poked through my gums (not erupted) so they have to be broken apart inside my head and cut out. I have no sedation, just numbing shots. It wasn't too fruitless at all. The best part of the pack is that it only took going on for an hour. If you're uncomfortable near dental stuff, you can have partial sedation ("twilight sleep") where on earth they just drug you up for a moment so you feel spacey and out of it...or you can receive general anasthesia where on earth they put you totally to sleep. Most people catch the twilight/partial sedation. It all depends on the creature. But either bearing, it was clearly not as bad as everyone say, and everyone is really nice to you while you're recovering :) Good luck.
