Does getting a crown on your tooth hurt?

I am getting one on the tooth I had a root strait in a few years ago, and wondering what they will do.

Answers:    oh no...hunnie......if u have a root canal years ago...after technically...the tooth is dead...
as far as the crown process....u will be on local anesthsia and they would remove at smallest 1-2 mm of surrounding tooth structure and then create a temporary crown...u should return around 2 weeks subsequently to have a lifelong crown cemented on.
but as far a cramp, if u do feel any discomfort it would technically come from the gum nouns...and not the tooth itself.

but just remember that if u remunerated for a rootcanal, i definatly advise getting the crown done, if u hold invested this much so far (time n money) finish the treatment.

last entry u want is to loose the tooth from any reoccuring decay..and it can surface.
Anything involved with a dentist hurts (even if they read out it wont)
