I want to use the baking soda and peroxide methods to assist whiten my teeth.
How abundant times a week should baking soda be used?
Hydrogen peroxide?
I don't want to hurt my gums or pinch the enamel stale my teeth, so what would you suggest?

Personally I would not put peroxide into the mouth. We own mucous membranes within our mouths which money that the peroxide would get directly into your blood stream, this is not worthy.
