How do you floss?

I've never really flossed before, I a moment ago brush my teeth 2-3 times a day and rinse my mouth next to mouthwash*
Yesterday I tried flossing about 2 hours after I ate and I didn't see any food on the floss - literally*
It be so hard and I be struggling, it frustrated me - why didn't I see any food on the floss?
I didn't even try at nigh because it didn't look like I have any food in between my teeth.

So should I a moment ago forget the flossing or what?

Answers:    It is not just food you want to get out when you floss. You entail to remove the plaque buildup between your teeth.

The easiest way to floss for me is to cart a good size piece (about 12 inches) and wrap most of it around the middle finger on your vanished hand. Then wrap a moment ago a little around the middle finger on your right paw. Put the floss between your teeth and curve it around the tooth, use your pointer (index) finger and thumbs to move the floss up and down. After flossing between 2 teeth unwrap once around the left and wrap more around the right side consequently floss again between 2 other teeth, continuing this until you are done. Don't get discouraged, if you are doing a apt job keeping your mouth verbs you will never get much on the floss. Just maintain doing it anyways. Hope this helps!
flossing your teeth is other good (for your teeth/your gums) if you've eat something like - sweetcorn, popcorn (basically food that might grasp caught in your teeth).

the 1st time you floss - expect your teeth/gums to bleed but dont frenzy, just finish the flossing & the rinse your mouth next to your mouthwash! & then brush your teeth in general with toothpaste.

appropriate luck! :)
