They didnt use that UV restrained to cement my braces to my teeth, is that why they preserve popping stale?

one popped past its sell-by date when i hit it, but one a moment ago popped stale today( my bottom right premolar) while i be slowly chewing a quesadilla piece in the wager on of my mouth, my upper teeth did not hit it.

They're supposed to dry the cement thouroghly so it doesn't pop rotten. When they newly briefly skimmed the buoyant over my braces they broke sour too. They should really not rush the livelihood because it costs YOU to fix them.
