LOL! That happen to when I have braces too because the dentist have this piece covering my plate that I have to tighten up everyday to serve straighten my teeth faster . Sorry but everything will achieve stuck. Even mash potatoes and fruits.

I've never hear of a shoot that covers the palate but I suggest experimenting beside soft foods first and consequently harder foods to see what you can tolerate.

Good luck:)
if it get stuck within it, use a toothpick to get hold of it out, thats what i did.
eat some sushi
soup or cut ur food into really small pieces
soup... and take a toothbrush around beside you so when you munch through sandwich and stuff u can brush it out
baby food
NO TACOS! THEY BRAKE guzzle most liquid through a straw try adjectives your food into smaller portions DO NOT EAT HARD STUFF bannanas may grasp stuck but try chewing beside the posterior of your teeth
you can chomp through greatly of things, and if it get stuck, use that article which is kinda approaching a xmas tree and clear up it rotten contained by the sink. guzzle soup and drink liquid jamba liquid, if u want a treat. if you're gonna eat celery, meat or carrot, chop it up into little peices and for meat, "dissect" it beside your blade and fork, b mean wit bones.
Think around the foods yu ate which jump stuck and don't drink these until the slip get a crown.
i own braces and i munch through everything
uhmm chomp through porridge or soup. chomp through something that you dont haf to chew so it doesnt gain stuck or hurt (: after a week or 3 days after tightening braces or getting braces try and chew some food thats not too sturdy
