my mom said that crest strips hold the enamel rotten your teeth and oher stuff. are they accurate or fruitless?

maybe you should yak to you dentist.
they can impart you fluoride drops or something if your worried around the enamel... but i deliberate they would be only just fine... basically don't over do it!
