Eat completely little rice. Put rice surrounded by your plate so that it is almost the size of your palm- thats it. Rice contains starch so if you munch through too much of it, it will trade name you gain solidity. Eat lots of vegetables to compensate but the vegetables should not be cooked contained by ghee. Don't put away papads or popadums coz it is fried. Drink plenty of wet instead of consumption snacks.
