Hi, I have an obese friend who weigh 81 kg and is 161 cm tall(for those people who know the metric system!) or 178 lbs and is 63 inches soaring (for those who know the imperial system).
I am worried about her but cant obverse telling her. What could I possibly do minus being awful?! Any guidance helps.

Answers: If your worried just about your friend, maybe you could stir up healthy drinking and exercise tips. It might be too hard to in actual fact tell her she is overweight, so possibly you could just try and relief in as various ways as possible. Does she eat seriously of junk food and pop or stuff similar to that? If so, try and encourage consumption fruits, veggies, whole grain instead of white bread, water, lowfat dairy, and reducing cast-offs food. If you set a good example for her, she might try and chomp through better. Try and make small change like going from undamaged milk to 2% or lower, white bread to wheat bread, sweet cereal to healthier variety, etc. Just small changes can really clear a difference. Also, if she drinks a lot of pop, inspire to stop because if you give up pop you can lose like mad of weight and win rid of a lot of unnecessary sugars and calories.
Another great article to do to help is cheer up exercise. Walk or ride bikes places instead of driving somewhere, take the stairs instead of the elevator or escalater, weave a fun exercise program, join a sport, play fun games that involve running or jump, etc. Small things can burn calories and it helps greatly.
If all else fail and she doesn't catch the allusion about anyone healthy, you might own to choose to tell her or set off the subject to her parents or doctor. It might be a hard judgment, but do what you think is best. Good luck to your friend and to you! :)
ok capably your right she is int average unless magically that is adjectives muscle. Tell her that she is getting on the overweight side and that both of you should go swimming or to the gym and work out 5 times a week. polite luck in describing her : )
