How unsafe is it to use recycled bacon grease for frying fish, meat, etc. on a strict low cholesterol diet?

My aunt who come out here from the Philippines to live beside us, does most of the cooking and is TOTALLY oblivious to how contaminated using recycled grease is and what it does to your arteries, her coming from the countryside on a fruit farm and adjectives. I use olive grease whenever frying; mostly fish, but can't other supervise the kitchen. I shouldn't enjoy to. My mom's boyfriend have a stubborn obsession of positive the grease instead of tossing it. If I see it, I'll grasp rid of it. This stupidity is a combination of not wanting to throw away anything and the desire for the flavor that the grease puts into anything your're frying. That's gonna supply someone a heart attack as he's already found out. I'd sure antipathy to lose anyone to heart disease on the count of someone's cluelessness/retentiveness. Suggestions please!?
