ok I see alot of ppl who starve themselves read aloud they are achievement mass. But would you other gain solidity, close to is that a certainty??. Alot of the responses are that your body have held on to every ounce of food you put surrounded by it cuz it think it may never draw from another dinnertime...very well cant you in recent times burn that hefty its holding onto rotten?? Or is exercise not gonna do any perfect??...up until that point.
