I own be on a totally strict diet and exercise plan since January 2007 and adjectives that time i havent weigh myself and a week ago i did and i picked up 10lbs and my nutritionist say that it is alll muscle that i gain.I go from a dress size 12 to 8 and so i believe that it must be muscle,but im anxious that i become bulky or start looking close to a bodybuilder which isnt fruitless,i simply want to be slim not too muscular.So be wondering if here is a channel to exercise lacking bulking up,raison d`¨ētre i love my exercise...
