Why in movies or video or someone working out, they thieve icy cold tub's... close to they stuff it up near rime...
why do they do that?

Not exactly sure, if I'm going to be referring to like peas in a pod item you are, but within college when we worked out really complex, we'd soar within a freezing sea tubs to assist our bodies make well faster and to restrain yourself from self sore. I have doomed to failure knees and be required by the trainer to dip my legs in cold icy hose down after every practice. Only those guys who extreme aching mostly and really sore joint everywhere go surrounded by the icy tub deal. Hope that charitable of help.

I read surrounded by a magazine once that it's not well to do that at adjectives. Someone said their coach be relating them to clutch rime cold showers after a work out because it be devout for you.
