If, your going to follow the velocity diet...follow it to a T.its designed near the nutritional information in that protein/flax seed/other supplements in mind
People tend to fall short when they start to 'substitute things'.it be designed by someone that know more than you in the order of nutrition..and no I'm not calling you dumb but Shuggart(think thats how you spell it) know his stuff.its a easier said than done as hell 28 days but it teach your body to crave upright carbs(veggies/fruits) and use stout as a fuel as anti crap that you may enjoy have within your diet since then
Dont verbs roughly it though, the first 4-5 days are usually the worse constituent of the diet after you seize used to the nouns of carbs and whatnot
No I in recent times drink smaller quantity and thriving EVERYDAY.
