Muscles taken as a whole go and get toned the best next to high reps and minor immensity of any work-outs (12 reps vs 8 and 60 pounds vs 80 for example). By upper arms I nick it that you show bicep/tricep region. I'll recommend three things:
1) Bicep/Tricep curls - seize dumbells or a shaft and do 10-12 curls beside several sets.
2) Military Press - Sit on a stool near your put a bet on straight up and pull a dumbell surrounded by respectively foot toward the ceiling - google survey this exercise to figure out how to do it. Although this is a shoulder exercise, it greatly tones the nouns of the arms between the biceps and the shoulder.
3) Back/Row - Do an exercise that simulates the rowing of a boat. Some gyms hold machines for this. Basically, it would look close to you be bench pressing but instead of pushing the hotel up, you are pulling it toward you.
