What food is large contained by vitamin D, besides milk??

Answers:
There are few foods that inherently contain vitamin D. These include fish, liver, and egg yolks. Other foods are fortified--they hold vitamin D added to them. In postscript to milk, some of these foods are ready-to-eat cereal, red liquid, rice or soy drinks, and margarine. Not adjectives of these foods are fortified so you should check the nutrition label to be sure. I've included 2 trellis sites for more information.

Fatty fish, such as salmon. Mushrooms and eggs too!
This isn't a food, but in fact, your body creates vitamin D when you walk out surrounded by the sun.
Cod liver grease (1 Tablespoon) * absolute IU's of Vit D
Fish (Salmon, Mackerel, Tuna, Sardines)
Fortified Margarine
Eggs
Pudding
Liver, Beef
Salmon, sardines, cod, shrip milk and eggs. I also hear sitting in the sun for 10 minutes a time is beneficial! : )
Go to the National Institutes of Health Office of Dietary Supplements page on Vitamin D at http://ods.od.nih.gov/factsheets/vitamin...

The number one source of Vitamin D on the catalogue is (oh yuck) - Cod Liver Oil!
