Diet Help :[ Im 16?

I've been trying to diet for a bout 4 years in a minute, but everytime I do, I last until dinner consequently I binge out. I really really try not to , But i Physically cannot control it. I've got fatter and fatter and today i freshly had a big break down because im so depressed going on for it all ! how can i stop myself?!


Answers:    I don't be going to to be rude, but you're doing it all backwards.
Ok, you can pull off your goal weightiness, just stop wallowing or at lowest possible get adjectives the crying and self pity out and then finish reading this response.
I know what it's similar to to be addicted to binging, but you can andd will stop this bad need. Remeber it is a habit that you can amend. The first week will be the hardest, but if you can get through the first week consequently you can make it till the summer and you will be skinny.
So you want to eat solely 1300 calories a day (1400 is alright for a bit slower counterbalance loss)
and you need to hold six meals a sunshine.
Carry a journal beside you and write down everything you eat at respectively time of the day and be vigilant--don't bequeath in to your temptations.
If you see that you've eat already 1100 calories and it's dinner time, that doesn't mean that you read out, "well I a moment ago want to have a angelic dinner" and have 500 more calories. No, you stick next to the math and have 200 to 300 calories.
I walk to Trader Joes ( a health food store within the US) and buy pre made meals that voice how many calories they contain and chomp through those that way I never enjoy to guess.
So that's all I can utter for now, but it really take a lot of discipline and will.
Try to find a distraction when you want to put away listen to an inspiring song, chew gum, or suck on a candie or something, eat celery... but only please, don't grab the box of cookies.
Also, what are you stressed out going on for in your vivacity aside from food?

Write down what you devour in a log and give yourself room to "binge" on your diet so that mode you will stick to it because you will not be craving the "Bad" foods!!
