Answers:
Your hip flexors and your heart. Unless you are pumping your arms or squeezing your abs while riding.

If you can try holding some small free weights and do some curls or shoulder presses while riding.

Try squeezing your abs for 30 second and after relax them for 30 second. Do that 7-10 times while riding.

You'll burn more calories doing this and it add collection to your workout.
