500 calories a daylight ?

Recently I have be eating just about 400-700 calories a year varying on the day. I exersice for roughly an hour every other day also. I own lost about ten pounds so far, and I enjoy been on this diet since I don`t know the end of later month. I thought I would be losing a LOT more weight, because It say for my height and consignment which is 5'6" and 120 pounds that I should lose MAJOR fat by going down to 900 cals a hours of daylight and I have smaller quantity than that, so help please. I want to win down to about 100 pounds by mid parade. any tips? and also any tips for my metabolism? to speed it up without consumption more?


Answers:    You are putting your body into starvation mode, this is very desperate and counter productive. You should be eating more resembling 1500 calories.

The key is: Diet Diet Diet, next exercise:

You need to put away 5-6 small meals a sunshine. Eat some protein with respectively meal! Cut out adjectives refined sugar! Also attach more fiber. The fiber and protein will fill you up, helping you to cut down on your weak eating. Also by ingestion more than 3 meals spread out through the sunshine you will kick your metabolism surrounded by high gear. Here is a broad meal for a hours of daylight:

Breakfast: 2 poached eggs
whole wheat toast
1/2 cup fruit

Snack: Cottage Cheese near veggie

Lunch: Turkey, lettuce, tomato, whole wheat bread sandwich
1/2 cup fruit

Snack: Protein Shake

Dinner: Turkey Burger ( no bun )
Side of brown rice
Side of Broc.




Then exercise regularly 4-5 days a week. Do both cardio and lifting. But on days that you do both. Do lifting until that time your cardio and you will maximize your fat burn. Cardio can be a sport: basketball, soccer, football, anything near losts of movement. Golf is a no no.

So Example :

Monday - 30 mins lifting then 1 hr cardio
Tuesday - 1 hour lifting
Wednesday - Rest
Thrusday - 30 mins lifting afterwards 1 hr cardio
Friday - 1 hour lifting
Saturday - Rest
Sunday - 30 mins lifting then 1 hr cardio

at 5'6'' and individual weighing 120 is underweight.
100 lbs is the average consignment for a person who is 4'10''
do you not trouble that you're going to kill yourself??
plus, you know....by adjectives yourself you're going ot make yourself gain counterweight rather than losing it?

You need AT LEAST 1000 calories to survive. Add on a workout to that and you should be around 1200-1400. When they voice cut 500 calories from your diet, they mean 250 from food and 250 from your workouts. Not 500 from foods and verbs your workouts. Its too much.

Eat 5 small meals a morning, every 3 hours. Never consume more than 350 calories in a 3 hour time. Eat plenty of fiber. Stay away from sugars, and bad fat (EG. trans fats).

Anything more than 2 pounds per week is UNHEALTHY. Once you start eating again, you'll gain it adjectives back plus more.

Last article, drink plenty of water. No liquid, pop, milk, etc. Plain old marine. Around 3 litres a day. For my American friends that works out to around 0.85 gallons.
Your theory on how weightiness loss works is a bit flawed. 1200 calories is the minimum someone should eat a daylight to lose weight. Otherwise the body go into starvation mode and conserves energy as a result lowering metabolism. Your intentions are true but try 1200 calories and see if that boosts your weight loss. Also exercise at least possible 30-45 minutes a everyday even if its just a nice totter around the block as this increases metabolism as well.
Everyone have different rates of losing weight and since you are already significantly underweight it is going to be slow.
